In the italian kitchen!

Last week we were treated to a special cooking class from the great Mara and Aligio! It was amazing, they grow or make practically everything they eat making all the food they eat organic and not to mention delicious ! We made pasta with meat sauce, pesto sauce, artichokes and potatoes... ummm it was all so good! At the end we topped it all off with ( of course) homemade chocolate gelato with a red wine reduction sauce and fruit! Why have it any other way!
